I purchased a 3-pack of BodyTalk sessions from Maina Campos for my younger daughter, when she was struggling in friendships with her peers around age 12. There was a lot of competition and some bullying going on, and it felt like she was "hardened" to her own painful emotions. After the 3 sessions, it was like her friendships had totally shifted and she was tapping into her authentic, vulnerable self. Her more toxic friendships just faded away, and the ones she has now are just so sweet and authentic. It's like she just doesn't feel the need to keep people at a distance anymore and is just enjoying life. :) Even her relationship with her grandma improved during this time. In Feb, 2017, my two daughters both received BodyTalk sessions from Maina Campos. They were 12 and 14 at the time, and the full year prior to their sessions, their relationship with each other had been getting more and more distant, and even rockier and rockier. I was so sad that year, as I knew they would be teenagers for a long time, and it seemed like their days of being best friends like when they were little were completely over. When they did speak to each other, the words were unkind, but for the most part it's like they just stopped caring about each other and acted like the other didn't even exist, like a "wall' had grown between them. I had no clue how much impact that their BodyTalk sessions with Maina Campos could have. They were literally giggling on the couch together within 24 hours of the first session. That "wall" between them just dissolved like *that* and it is now almost one year later and it's still gone. They are even "closer" than when they were little. They confide in each other on a regular basis, listen to each other, comfort each other when tough teen age stuff comes up, and just genuinely care about each other. Hi Maina, I don't want to bother you, but I thought you would be happy to know that what you do makes a difference. My body asked for the hugest glass of water tonight and I sat and drank a 32oz glass of cold water and it tasted and felt sooooo good.

My daughter balanced her cortices last night. I called it the helmet technique and she wanted to know what she was really doing so I explained it the same way you did for us. She was super happy and kissed, hugged, and thanked me three times. When she was done she was sleep drunk and slept more peacefully than she has in a long time. She asked me to balance our cortices again tonight.

My father came home late from his transfusion, but tomorrow we will work together ❤.
