BodyTalk Access course

I had the pleasure of taking the BodyTalk Access Course with Mainá Campos in Rio de Janeiro. At that time I was familiar with BodyTalk and its benefits but was curious to dive deeper. I was interested in understanding and learning the technique in order to practice on friends and family.

Not only was the one day course extremely informative and inspiring, it also gave the participants a chance to practice the technique.

We began with a brief intro which gave give us a better idea as to which fields everyone was from. To my surprise there were many different health and non health participants from teachers to nurses to doctors to massage therapists. Next, Mainá shared some background info about BodyTalk, its' creator John Veltheim, and how it can be used on a daily basis to help people cope with stress, anxiety, body function, body toxin elimination and general self care. BodyTalk works with Neuromuscular Biofeedback through delicate body tapping. I like that Body Talk is a non-invasive preventive medicine system which helps us obtain body-mind equilibrium.

During the course Mainá went through the course material explaining to us in clear detail the Body Talk Access Technique. I learned that it's possible to administer BT onto yourself and onto others. What I really enjoyed is that the course was hand on. We were given the opportunity for guided practice on ourselves and with a partner while Mainá and her assistant Body Talker gave us instructional tips. At the end of the day Mainá was open to answering any questions or doubts that we had. Mainá is an attentive knowledgeable teacher who considers the needs of all students.

BodyTalk Access is a safe and easy technique in which anyone can learn through Mainá's course. It's a practical safe holistic approach to recreate overall body equilibrium and better your health.
